Its innovative design has earned it multiple industry accolades, including \u2018Best New Product\u2019 at the World of Coffee Expo in Dubai and a 2024 \u2018Best Buy\u2019 rating from <em data-start=\"3634\" data-end=\"3656\">The Caterer Magazine<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3659\" data-end=\"3850\">Tailored to meet the needs of speciality caf\u00e9s, the unit allows baristas to finely adjust the mineral levels in their water, ensuring optimal flavour extraction unique to each coffee variety.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3852\" data-end=\"4035\">\u201cThe market response has been phenomenal,\u201d said Dave Noble, Bluewater spokesperson. \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to introduce this innovation to the UK\u2019s rapidly expanding specialty coffee scene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4037\" data-end=\"4348\">During the festival, a line-up of expert baristas \u2013 among them Douglas Conde, Day Trip, Tom Sixsmith, Batch Baby, and Mathew Harvey-Ingram \u2013 will demonstrate how the Caf\u00e9 Station enhances brewing. Each will use Bluewater\u2019s ultra-clean water paired with LiquidRock\u00ae, a patented mineral blend developed in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4350\" data-end=\"4718\">LiquidRock\u00ae balances calcium and magnesium in a carefully designed ratio, promoting flavour clarity and aiding mineral absorption. It also plays a critical role in preventing scale build-up \u2013 a must for maintaining espresso machines. The system offers three custom mineral profiles: light, medium, and bold, giving baristas flexibility to match water to bean profiles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4720\" data-end=\"4931\">The London Coffee Festival celebrates the country\u2019s vibrant coffee culture, attracting over 22,000 attendees and showcasing 260+ brands, interactive events, and hands-on experiences for both trade and consumers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4933\" data-end=\"5197\">With the UK coffee market valued at \u00a315 billion and home to thousands of branded shops, it\u2019s clear that high-quality coffee has gone mainstream.
